6.Double Injection (2 shot)
a) Double color injection creates a single
part with two separate injection processes
to produce a product. It helps to eliminate
the printing or assembly step and reduces
loss rate.
b) By using different hardness of material
for one injection molding to produce the product.
It gives the product with two kinds of feelings.
Soft & hard or Rubber & Plastic. |

8. TPE - Thermoplastic
Elastomer
Unlike silicone soft texture, this material can
be made through a single injection production process.
It is also possible to combine with a harder texture
material (like ABS) and process through the double
injection production. |
