10. I.M.D. - In Mold Decoration
This process involves printing on a film followed
with injection molding plastic on top of the film
to create a single unit. Printing life is infinite
since the legend is sandwiched between the film
and plastic. Backlighting is popular and can be
developed per customers request. |

Single Injection method can only produce one material
(color) plastic part, but by using double Injection
method (process) we can use 2 different plastic
materials (colors). So, we can produce Lens &
Housing by Double Injection process with different
plastic materials. |
